At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural wool and knitting supplies. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that wool hanks are untangled and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
