Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our wool, patterns, and shipping.
Where does Biches & Bûches ship from and how long does it take?
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in France. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
What is the origin of your wool and how is it produced?
Our wool is sourced from a family-owned spinning mill in Scotland. We prioritize natural fibers and traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality and a soft, rustic feel for all your knitting projects.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The yarn must be in its original condition, unused, and with the labels intact. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are the knitting patterns included in the wool bundles?
Our knitting kits include both the required amount of wool and the printed pattern. If you purchase individual skeins, the patterns must be purchased separately as digital downloads or physical copies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay to ensure a secure and seamless checkout experience.
How should I care for my finished Biches & Bûches garments?
To preserve the natural beauty of the wool, we recommend hand washing your garments in cool water with a gentle wool detergent. Lay flat to dry on a towel and avoid wringing or tumble drying.
